Famous boxer Mike Tyson has joined the roster for EA Sports UFC 2. EA Sports has announced that Tyson–who never fought in a UFC event but is unquestionably one of the best fighters of all time–will be available as a preorder bonus.
There will be two versions of Tyson available in EA Sports UFC 2: Iron Mike Tyson (based on his appearance during his glory days) and Legacy Mike Tyson, an older version of the boxer, complete with his trademark face tattoo.
Tyson is the third character that people get for preordering. The other two are Bas Rutten and Kazushi Sakuraba. It’s possible these characters will be available for purchase after launch, though this is not confirmed.
The first EA Sports UFC game also featured a character who never fought in the Octagon: the legendary movie star and martial arts master Bruce Lee.
EA Sports UFC 2 launches on March 15 for Xbox One and PlayStation 4, though some will get to play early through an upcoming closed beta and via EA Access.
